RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our business, we will not offer exchanges, cancellations, or returns unless the error is on our part or the item arrived damaged. If your items arrive damaged, we initiate a refund through the shipper by filing a claim. We can refund you once we are refunded or we can send you another item once we are refunded by the shipper. If you need it quicker, we can work something out. Please message us within 3 days, for any order issues, at email ally@theadventuresofally.com.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. A tracking number is supplied when we ship your items. The address on your order is where the item will be shipped. Please make sure this information is accurate before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Double check your shipping address. We attempt to ship your items to you once. If any items are returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping attempts and all costs associated.

PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items are done by hand and will take between 7 to 10 days before they ship. I will notify you if there is any further delay. I am a single, stay at home dog mom with severe disabilities, and work as fast I possibly can. If there is a rush on your order, you can purchase the rush package, and you can email us at ally@theadventuresofally.com.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
United States: 3-10 business days via USPS

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee the USPS will deliver on time. Thankfully, we do not see these issues thus far.

DISCLAIMER
Due to variations of monitors and screens, actual colors may slightly vary. I do my best to show true colors of an item.

Some items may contain small parts. As I do my best to make sure everything is securely attached, young children or pets should not be left unattended while with these items.

All items are made in a smoke-free home.

All items are made in a pet friendly home. However, the area in which I work is off limits to pets.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
We currently only ship to the USA unless there is an agreement between the seller and the buyer. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We currently accept our credit and debit card processor which is Stripe. Both places keep your payment information secure.
